ARA (formerly CPIT)
Tricon was engaged to remove the existing earthquake damaged floor slab from U Block at Ara, strengthen the existing foundations, and install a new engineered slab.
After the removal of the damaged floor slab, new ground beams were poured against existing footings to restore the integrity of the foundation. All this work was undertaken during the Christmas holiday break so all sub contractors and materials were organised well in advance of commencing work.
